Exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the TSIRC team at Division 13, Ugar! What we offer: Part Time, Permanent (18 hours per week) Monday - Friday 6 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) with 17.5% leave loading TSIRC Public Holidays Professional Development Uniforms As the Multi Skilled Administration Officer, you will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community including but not limited to: sales of power cards, gas and fuel on behalf of other Divisions.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Certificate III in Business Administration and or previous experience in a similar role is desireable Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment A minimum of 12 months administration experience High level of attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads Excellent computer skills to operate a computer and electronic communication devices and processes The ability to be culturally responsive, by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting Torres Strait Islander people and communicating with sensitivity and effectiveness.
