An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the TSIRC team at Division 3, Saibai. What we offer: Part Time, Fixed Term (18 hours per week) until 25/9/2025Level 2 ($55,640 per annum pro-rata)6 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) with 17.5% leave loadingUniformsAs the Multi Skilled Administration Officer, you will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community including but not limited to: sales of power cards, gas, fuel, postal services and visitor's accommodation.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Certificate III in Business Administration and or previous experience in a similar role is essential.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.A minimum of 12 months administration experience.High level of attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads.Excellent computer skills to operate a computer and electronic communication devices and processes.Applications Interested applicants are required to submit a cover letter and in your cover letter address how your knowledge, skills, experience, personal attributes, and qualifications are most relevant to the position, along with an updated resume by Friday, 15 November 2024.
