An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the TSIRC team at Division 6, Arkai Kubin Island What we offer: Full time, permanent6 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) with 17.5% leave loadingTSIRC Public HolidaysUniformsAs the Multi Skilled Administration Officer, you will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community including but not limited to: sales of power cards, gas, fuel, postal services, and visitor's accommodation.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Certificate III in Business Administration and/or previous experience in a similar role is essentialExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environmentA minimum of 12 months administration experienceHigh level of attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloadsExcellent computer skills to operate a computer and electronic communication devices and processesThe ability to be culturally responsive, by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting Torres Strait Islander people and communicating with sensitivity and effectiveness.Applying: Candidates will need to download the Position Description and submit a cover letter and an updated resume with your location and addressing how your knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and personal attributes are most relevant to the position by Monday, 4 November 2024.
