An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our luxury five-star hotels in Adelaide.

About the Role We seek a professional analytical revenue strategist to join our leadership team at Stamford Plaza and Stamford Grand Adelaide in the role of Revenue Manager. Primary responsibilities include generating monthly reports for General Managers on property performance, hosting regular meetings with stakeholders to work through strategy recommendations, and past performance analysis to maximise revenue opportunities. This dual function role will also assist with overseeing the reservations process and operation, by coaching and motivating the team to deliver quality service experience and meet set financial targets.
Core functions of your role To truly excel in this role, you will have significant revenue management experience, ideally multi-site, be a natural leader and obtain thorough knowledge of Australian market trends and landscape.
Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day to day yield operationsDaily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reportingPerform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trendsResponsible for the projected occupancy, analysis and pricing group business strategiesAnalyse overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacityCreate and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendarCreate and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotelOversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations departmentEnsure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functionalResponsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; environmental scanning; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing conceptWork with stakeholders to ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functionalReduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering businessPrepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget processAbout you We seek at least 3 years' experience in hotel revenue and reservations management, with a track record of successful strategy implementation, who is highly computer literate with a high-level understanding of Excel.
