Our Wills & Estates team is experiencing continued growth, which comes from our vast and loyal referral network of financial advisors, accountants, and existing clients.

We are currently looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years' experience and a genuine interest in Wills and Estates to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Drafting and updating wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
Drafting advice to clients on estate planning and estate disputes
Assisting the Practice Group Leader in all aspects of wills, estate planning, and estate administration including representing clients in will and estate disputes, family provision claims, and other equitable matters, and applications for judicial advice
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You will demonstrate the following key qualifications and skills:
3+ years of experience in Wills and Estates
Strong drafting skills, particularly in drafting wills, testamentary trusts, special disability trusts, and other estate planning documents (i.e., enduring powers of attorney, enduring guardianships)
Proven ability to manage deceased estate matters including applying for a grant of probate/letters of administration and attending to the administration and distribution of estates
Experience in estate disputes and litigation is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and enthusiasm
Good problem-solving ability
Ability to work around tight deadlines and work well under pressure with conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude towards matters and clients
