Support our drillers to extract key critical minerals at Iluka's new operations in Balranald! Transition your expertise to underground mining with our custom-designed rigs and innovative extraction processes!
About the role You will join one of 4 Extraction teams to cover our 24/7 operations. You will get exposure in deploying these platforms in conjunction with a technology not operated anywhere else. Thorough training will be delivered for our water-based mud system.
When compared to any other industry role, you will get greater exposure to HDD processes, live data analytics and even processing information. The breadth of professional development is unparalleled, such as opportunity for cross-training to drilling operations.
About you Ideally you will have received a formal competency related to drilling fluid preparation practices in addition to industry experience.
Individuals with practical exposure to the drilling fluids process without formal certification will have the opportunity to train formally.
Preferred work licenses; forklift, loader, telehandler.
