"Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better". Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of a Supervisor in the cleaning sector, located in MT Gravatt , employed on a Full-Time basis.
The Position: Responsible for leading a team of 20+ Supervise and support the cleaning team Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations Receive and respond to emails Issuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheet Review stock levels and complete the orders Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers Our Benefits: Access to staff discounts with companies including insurance and childcare Traineeship opportunities for eligible employees Career development via our internal Learning Management System Internal opportunities within our global organisation Minimum Criteria: Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job Professional presentation and customer service Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
