We are excited to kick off 2025 with brand new lottery campaigns and are looking for enthusiastic Fundraising/Sales Consultants to join our dynamic contact centre team.
What You'll Do: Answer incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information. Address customer enquiries, concerns, or complaints, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing supporters to promote and sell MSWA's lottery products, ask for donations, encourage event participation, and promote other related products. Achieve or exceed individual sales targets set by the Sales and Service Operations Manager. Use persuasive sales techniques to engage supporters and encourage ticket purchases and donations. Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, providing solutions or escalating to appropriate personnel when necessary. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or gather additional information. Maintain detailed records of supporter and client interactions and transactions using CRM systems or other tracking tools. Follow up with supporters and clients to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience. Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure consistent customer service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and organisation policies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all operational activities. Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organisation. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. Undertake other activities broadly in line with the above responsibilities as directed. A bit about you…. You love talking to people and are passionate about our purpose ideally from a similar environment either contact centre or a fast-paced face to face sales role. You will need to be highly computer literate with a knack for picking up new systems. Experience within fundraising or lottery ticket sales will give you the edge! You will also need NDIS clearance or be willing to obtain one.
