Client Engagement - Team Leader Regional MSWA is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to support our Client Engagement Team in the South West.
At MSWA, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalised care and support to individuals living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, Huntington's, Motor Neurone Disease, Acquired Brain Injury, and Stroke. We offer a wide range of services, from allied health and clinical support to in-home care and high-support accommodation.
We're looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in management to join our dynamic regional team, based at our Bunbury Service Centre. In this role, you'll lead and support a dedicated group of Client Liaison Coordinators, ensuring they are equipped to guide clients through their NDIS journey and connect them with the full range of MSWA's services. Your leadership will be key to nurturing and developing your team, ensuring they deliver outstanding, client-focused care and seamless service.
What You'll Do: Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring they meet individual and team KPIs, while fostering a high-performance culture. Manage a small caseload of clients, delivering personalised support and ensuring their needs are met. Oversee the allocation of caseloads, monitor referral progress, and ensure KPIs are being tracked and achieved. Take the lead in promptly resolving incidents or complaints, maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery. Utilise your management experience to build a strong, client-focused team that collaborates to achieve success. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a management role, ideally within a customer service or healthcare environment, with a track record of leading high-performing teams. A natural leader who can mentor, motivate, and empower staff to achieve their full potential. Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to clients. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, balancing operational needs with client satisfaction. Experience with NDIS or similar funding streams is highly desirable. NDIS Workers Screening Check (or a willingness to obtain). A full, unrestricted driving licence. And the benefits? As a not-for-profit organisation, we are fortunate to be able to offer generous salary packaging options to all our employees. Currently, up to $18,500 can be packaged to cover things like living expenses, mortgage payments, or car leasing – this means you pay less tax on your income!
We also offer generous leave policies, discounts on major retailers and an opportunity to do (what we think is) challenging and rewarding work every day. But above all, you will be a part of our purpose at MSWA to empower Western Australians living with neurological conditions to live their best life.
Do you believe in life not limits? If you do and are prepared to join us in making a significant impact on the lives of Western Australians with neurological conditions, apply now and let's discuss what life at MSWA looks like. For a confidential conversation, please email .
