About the Role We are looking to welcome a new member for our monitoring centre to manage global access control and a CCTV system based in close proximity to Sydney Airport. The ideal candidate will have previous security experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Duties include but are not limited to: Manage various alarms; this includes timely response and resolution of duress and other critical alarms as well as assistance with regular testing; Assist with access related enquiries; Manage and oversee multiple systems including CCTV, access, evacuation and fire systems; Monitor the site, identify and raise faults in a proactive manner. Skills and Experience Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate; NSW Security Licence; Must have full working rights in Australia; Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening; Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - we will fund this application.
