About The Opportunity
As an MSP Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will have the chance to:

Lead or assist in designing, implementing, and supporting Infrastructure and Cloud solutions
Proactively monitor and respond to alerts from infrastructure monitoring tools
Handle and resolve support incidents through various channels
Participate in after-hours support and patching activities
Attend relevant training and networking events

About You
The successful candidate will have:

5+ years experience in a similar role
Financial Services Industry experience (desirable)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage projects from problem discovery through to completion

You will also have:

Available to participate in on-call and after-hours support rosters
Can work autonomously including extended periods from home
Must have access to transport within the Sydney metropolitan region
