Learn more at https://www.jnj.com THE OPPORTUNITY Join an exciting, fast-paced team as the Senior MSL - Haematology where you will represent the scientific face of the company, engaging with healthcare practitioners to translate the latest scientific and clinical evidence into clinical practice.
This role will be based in the field where you will build strong, trusted relationships with Thought Leaders, Clinical Investigators, and Healthcare Decision Makers.
RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other HCPs, serving as a resource for research, education, and clinical practice needs.Communicate clinical and scientific data at a peer level, translating the evidence to address clinical needs and drive patient outcomes.Identify and address medical education needs by providing educational presentations and assisting in the development of medical educational activities.Develop and implement KOL Engagement plans.Partner with investigators on submission and initial assessment of investigator-initiated study concepts.Collect and communicate clinical insights and intelligence on the market environment relevant to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine success.Prioritize customer-based initiatives while balancing administrative duties.Maintain focus and composure in uncertain circumstances with minimal direction.Demonstrate high organizational and interpersonal skills.Maintain in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge.Work as part of a broader cross-functional team to align scientific and medical strategies.ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Passion and drive to work within this dynamic therapeutic area.Good understanding of clinical research, data analysis, and clinical landscape.Comfortable and experienced in establishing relationships with external stakeholders.This is a field-based role and travel of around 50% will be required.Qualifications: Medical/Pharmacy/Life science qualifications, advanced degree (Medical Degree, PhD) strongly preferred.At least 2 years of prior experience as an MSL essential.Oncology background, with deep scientific and/or clinical knowledge strongly preferred.COMPANY CULTURE Competitive remuneration package.Continuous training and support.Inclusive, flexible, and accessible working arrangements.CLOSING DATE: Friday 24th January 2025
