The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting functions, business support, forecasting, and tax compliance.
Experience and proficiency in Power Bi and automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is a critical requirement for this role.
What You Will Do Responsibilities include, however not limited to: General Accounting Functions: Monthly financial reporting and trend analysis External Reporting and Data analytics Reconciliations of General Ledger and key systems Automation and simplification of tasks and functions Financial Business Support: Budget, forecast, and analyse divisional expenses and working capital Provide general business, accounting, and internal control support for business partners Credit and overdue/delinquent debt management Taxation Compliance: Tax compliance activities including GST, FBT, Withholding Tax, Income tax, etc.
Quarterly Income tax calculations and reporting Automation and simplification of tasks and functions Enhance governance and controls of accounting and tax functions Other Activities Collaborate with colleagues to support and enable the organisation to meet its goals and objectives Complete all My Learning training by the due date Perform other activities or adhoc projects assigned from time to time What You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or studying towards completion) Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred Proven experience in tax compliance, business forecasting, and general accounting functions Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Power Bi, and automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to grow and develop functional and leadership skills What You Can Expect Work autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged , and being part of a trusted Global leading organisation Exposure to upskill and develop in your role Flexibility and opening doors to other opportunities and skillsets Joining a collaborative team of likeminded individuals We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
