Role You will actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders and provide specialist and best practice knowledge to deliver innovate solutions that meet our organisation's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities: Work with internal strategy and architecture leaders and provide recommendations on Microsoft 365 platform development strategies.Provide technical guidance and knowledge related to the development and support of the Microsoft 365 product suite through engagement, communication and documentation.Facilitate engagement and collaboration in accordance with approved communication strategies and governance frameworks.Initiate and deliver regular user workshops and meetings regarding Microsoft 365 product advances and innovations.
Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses.Proactively identify process, technical or training issues and suggest and implement solutions.
About you You will ideally bring extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and products with demonstrated experience in the implementation of these products, along with: Proven experience in the application of project management/business analysis methodologies and proven experience in the application of governance frameworks in modern IT and/or project environments.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across a broad technical and non-technical audience and an emphasis on stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence the use of technology to drive business improvements.Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently as both part of a team and autonomously to meet tight and demanding deadlines.Ability to solve complex technical or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
