Our Sales & Marketing team in Rhodes, NSW is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our iconic Australian brand portfolio: Mrs Mac's, Balfours, and Cockle Bay.
About the role: As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our diverse brand portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth, enhancing consumer engagement, and ensuring our brands resonate strongly in the market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop Brand Portfolio Strategy & leading the brand team to execute brand strategies. Designing and implementing communication plans. Driving and measuring ROI for communication platforms. Developing the NPD pipeline, collaborating with the NPD Manager and Insights team. Working closely with Sales team to ensure brand representation with customer partners. Managing the work output and assigning projects to engage and develop our marketing team members. Supporting long-term sponsor relationships. Developing relationships with agency partners. Forging internal relationships across offices. Ensuring compliance and quality. Managing the sponsorship budget and tracking expenses. Driving the voice of consumer in the organisation. About you: We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager with the following skills and experience:
Extensive experience in commercial-focused brand management. Strong skillset in brand strategy development. Agency management capabilities. Strong leadership and people management skills, with prior experience managing a marketing team. Experience generating value for brands with agencies and partners. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in delivering fresh marketing concepts aligned with ROI and business goals. Creative critical thinking skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to build rapport and develop working relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Degree/Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
