What this job involves: Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a MRI Training & Support Director to join our Property & Asset Management (PAM) team! In the role, you will manage and maintain the integrity and functionality of the MRI database in terms of BAU, enhancements and improvements. You will coordinate the various support teams to ensure we deliver a great level of service, as well as coordinate, manage and deliver a robust MRI training program across the PAM business. A snapshot of the role: Lead the team in improving the support process and policies – looking for automation and streamlining processesLiaise with the business and JLL Technology team to prioritise incidentsManage ad hoc support related tasks for the businessRespond to escalated customer support issuesInform the support teams of all new information related to supporting the productsAssess support statistics and prepare holistic reports on the findingsOversee regular user access auditsLead the business in best practice for key systemsDeliver a comprehensive MRI training regime Sound like you?
