THE OPPORTUNITY Central Roofing Supplies Operations Team are looking for a motivated, professional and experienced MR Truck Driver to join the team. This is a great opportunity to be a key member of our logistics team and the successful candidate will be required to transport and unload products for our trade customer base. This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES Review vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery truckSecure load, prepare manifest and assist loading when requiredDeliver to customers and place onsite as requiredMaintain vehicle and driver logLiaise with Dispatch team and customers on delivery issues and delaysKeep a clean truck at all times and ensure maintenance is up to dateStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU Essential - Hiab Trained MR Truck LicenceEssential - LF Forklift Licence and White CardEffective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needsStrong customer service & verbal communication skillsEnjoys working autonomouslyA passion to deliver excellent customer serviceWhilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apartAPPLICATION PROCESS If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
