Mr & Hr Truck Driver

About the role:As a Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Truck Driver with our company, you will be required to conduct multi drop deliveries across the Mackay and greater region, safely delivering gas cylinders to customers/clients.This will include some manual loading/unloading along with customer interactions and paperwork. Monday to Friday (8hr shifts) 6am starts. Overtime and some Saturday shifts as required.Key responsibilities:Safely operate a MR or HR Truck to transport gas cylinders to multiple locationsAssist with manual loading and unloading of goodsMaintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctlyCommunicate effectively with customers, providing updates on deliveries and addressing all enquiries or concerns in a professional manner.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.Requirements:Valid Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Truck LicenseProven experience as a Truck Driver, preferably in transportation of similar productsExcellent knowledge of the Central Queensland region and routesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong communication skillsFlexibility to work Saturdays or overtime when requiredYou must be physically fit with the ability to pass medicalPre Employment Medical & D&A testPolice CheckDriving History Report
