Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation serving South West Victoria.
Since our founding in 1975, we have evolved from a small voluntary service into a dynamic agency employing over 95 staff and supporting more than 1,200 families across the region.
With nearly a decade of experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Mpower has continually adapted to meet the needs of our community.
Our diverse range of clinical and support services has grown in response to ongoing sector changes and opportunities, cementing our reputation as a leader in creating positive, lasting outcomes for individuals and families.

The role This role will be responsible for motivating and guiding Mpower's administration team, ensuring high standards of client service, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating and undertaking administrative functions across quality and compliance, marketing, and reception services.

About you You will be a motivated individual with demonstrated significant experience in Business Administration or Quality and Risk Administration.
You will be highly efficient across a diverse range of administration duties and lead and coach others to work at the same high level.

Employment terms and conditions are in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 with the applicable classification Level 3 or as negotiated.
