As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with businesses to source and employ great talent. You will deliver permanent and/or labour hire solutions through a deep understanding of the client's business, candidate's career needs, and creating the right fit for both. You get to talk to people every day and hear their stories. Most of all, you get to make that phone call and tell the candidate "YOU GOT THE JOB".
This position is based in Spearwood, Perth. Local travel will be required. An Australian driver's license is essential for this role.
About the role: Grow the MP Recruitment business and build a team around you 360 end-to-end recruitment Source and attract the best candidates through key attraction initiatives Develop and maintain key client relationships that yield repeat business Business development, client presentations, and networking to build MP Recruitment Profile Onsite client visits Work with our internal marketing team to promote MP Recruitment Who are we looking for? 2+ years Permanent and/or Temp Recruitment experience A strong business acumen and labour market knowledge Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients Experience and passion for sales and securing new business Strong verbal and written communication skills A drive to succeed and enjoy celebrating the wins Why work with us?
