This is a hands-on role where you will ensure that public spaces are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.
You'll operate horticultural machinery and equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of work.
As a Mower Operator in the Turf Management team, you'll make a positive impact by: Performing mowing and brush-cutting duties as per contract specifications Conducting routine maintenance of equipment and reporting any defects Removing rubbish and preparing areas prior to mowing Keeping accurate records of labour, materials, and equipment usage Contributing to operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement Serco is a place for you You are passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and take pride in your work.
You have experience operating horticultural machinery and understand the importance of safety.
You are a team player who enjoys working outdoors and delivering high-quality results.
