Mountford Berries is seeking a Workplace Health and Safety professional to join our team in Longford.
Whether you're an experienced WHS Officer looking to grow your career with training and leadership opportunities, a qualified WHS Manager ready to take the lead, or someone without WHS experience but eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities For WHS Officers: You will focus on day-to-day compliance, inspections, training delivery, and incident management, with the opportunity to gain further qualifications and grow into a managerial role with our support. For WHS Managers: If you're already experienced, as well as the duties of a WHS Officer, you will also lead the development of policies, provide strategic WHS recommendations to management, and drive our safety culture to the next level. For Learners: If you don't have WHS experience but are enthusiastic, committed, and willing to undertake training, we will support you to develop the skills and qualifications needed to succeed.
