Do you love Thredbo and would you be able to share your
knowledge and excitement for our mountain with guests from all
over?
We are looking for passionate snow lovers that could lead
on-snow tours of the resort in a fun, professional and safe manner
to deliver a premium Thredbo experience.
As a Mountain Host you
will need complete knowledge of Thredbo resort and slopes to offer
exceptional resort and local information with genuine enthusiasm
and find satisfaction in creating memorable, quality on-piste
experiences for resort guests of varying ski and snowboard
abilities.

About the Role

Conduct an on-snow tour of the resort in a fun,
professional, and safe manner
Adapt the tour as required, and within reason, to cater to
guests' particular needs
Deliver a strong level of knowledge about the resort,
products, and local area
Deliver a consistent and quality experience for varying
abilities of guests who attend the tour
Greet guests and engage with them in a warm and welcoming
way to assist with inquiries, directions, and professional
insight within the resort and any other issues that may
arise
Fun, young at heart and adventurous

About You

Excellent communication skills and ability to work under
pressure
Attention to detail in a multitask environment
Previous resort/tourism based customer service
experience
Ability to ride all snow conditions and terrain in a
strong, effective, and confident manner
