About the Role
Conduct an on-snow tour of the resort in a fun,
professional, and safe manner
Adapt the tour as required, and within reason, to cater to
guests' particular needs
Deliver a strong level of knowledge about the resort,
products, and local area
Deliver a consistent and quality experience for varying
abilities of guests who attend the tour
Greet guests and engage with them in a warm and welcoming
way to assist with inquiries, directions, and professional
insight within the resort and any other issues that may
arise
Fun, young at heart and adventurous
About You
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under
pressure
Attention to detail in a multitask environment
Previous resort/tourism based customer service
experience
Ability to ride all snow conditions and terrain in a
strong, effective, and confident manner
