The role Our tight-knit team operates with a solutions-focused, client-first approach to service delivery.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, acting as the conduit between clients and Direct Care Workers, and is crucial to our service provision success.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing flexible and responsive scheduling of support services to meet clients' needs Timely communication with clients, families and staff regarding service changes Administration of client and staff rosters, with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness, whilst maintaining Direct Care Worker minimum contracted hours Undertake other administrative tasks as directed by your supervisor To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong organisational and time management skills, and able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, demonstrating a focus on client satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal/external customers Previous experience in a high-volume rostering/scheduling role Attention to detail, with exceptional administration and accurate data entry skills Able to demonstrate a calm, empathetic and professional customer focus Previous experience in an aged care, disability or healthcare environment is highly desirable Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care sector reforms Benefits:
