Blanchard Racing Team (BRT) is the youngest team in the Supercars Championship pit lane.
BRT has expanded its presence in the 2024 Supercars Championship by expanding to a two-car line up.

Based in Box Hill, VIC, Blanchard Racing Team (BRT) is currently seeking a motivated Race Mechanic on a full-time basis for the 2025 season.
The primary responsibility is to prepare our Mustangs for racing!

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and be part of our traveling crew, attending all Repco Supercars Championship events.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Blanchard Racing Team to complete all mechanical tasks as directed, ensuring timelines are met to satisfy the expectations and obligations of the Supercars Championship schedule and that work is completed in accordance with quality standards.
Undertaking general team tasks to ensure the racing car is operational at optimal capacity at all times, including work on spare parts and components.
Maintaining and repairing the racing car—both in the workshop in Box Hill and on the track during the championship schedule.
Continuously working to improve the performance of the racing car.
Participating in race repairs and pit stops.
Ensuring the condition and presentation of the workshop, both on-site and at race meets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience in Supercars or another high-level motorsport series team environment is essential.
A strong desire to provide excellent mechanical knowledge and diagnosis, with the ability to present and communicate information clearly.
The ability to work cohesively within a team environment, as well as independently on tasks when required.
The ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment.
