Applicants for this position must be seeking a long-term role and must be able to physically handle motorcycles. This role entails all aspects of the sales process and will be suitable for a candidate that would like to customize the position into a role just made for them! A strong knowledge of motorbikes and ORVs is vital.
Some responsibilities are: Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.Use ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries via phone, online, or walk-ins using appropriate methods.Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I team.Diligence in following up all customer paperwork, with a strong attention to detail.Consistently keep up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the motorcycle industry.Work within a dynamic team with great work culture.Competitive pay.Able to earn uncapped commissions.Employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, and accessories.Applicants will have strong sales, people handling, and organizational skills and have the energy, drive, and enthusiasm to succeed.
