Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students on Motor Vehicle courses, primarily up to Level 2. Use your expertise to inspire students, helping them to achieve their full potential. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment in line with college policies. Keep up-to-date with industry developments to ensure the curriculum is relevant and forward-thinking. Provide support and guidance to students, assessing their work and providing constructive feedback. What you need: Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Motor Vehicle. A teaching qualification is preferable, but candidates with significant industry experience will definitely be considered. Ability to teach and assess up to Level 2 Motor Vehicle courses. Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
