About the role: Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments to determine cost-effective and safe repairs using the correct repair method.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Identify and mitigate fraud risks.
Achieve fast turnaround times and manage costs.
Represent MG Assessing by consistently delivering exceptional service.
Desktop and onsite inspections.
Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating correct scope & costs for vehicle repairs via Partner or Customer's own repairers.
Manage rectifications in accordance with the Industry Code of Conduct.
Work as part of a national team of assessors to support each other.
Autonomously manage your workload in a supported environment backed by an experienced administration team.
Motor Assessing experience.
Sound level of computer literacy.
Unrestricted Australian Drivers licence.
