Our client is a global leader in fluid engineering, with a local specialization in the manufacture and overhaul of Electric Motors.
Their division is rapidly expanding due to growth across Australian industry, and we are looking for multiple Motor Rewinders to fill full-time, permanent positions based in Newcastle.What's involved?Rewind electric motors and generators.Inspection, repair, and overhaul of electro-mechanical equipment including High and Medium Voltage electric motors, generators, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.Control the flow of jobs through the Department including scheduling, priorities, progress updates, and productivity.Occasional site work for experienced candidates.What are we looking for?Trade Qualification: Electrical Fitter or Mechanical Fitter.Proven experience rewinding Electric Motors.Unlicensed Motor Rewinders welcome to apply.Experience and/or knowledge of electro-mechanical rotating equipment.A can-do attitude and proactivity to execute projects.Great safety behaviors.Excellent work references that can support your application.What we can offer you:Full-time, permanent positions.Up to $51/hour + plenty of overtime available.Optional 4-day work week.Monthly BBQ, Employee Culture Surveys, and Employee Assistance Programs.Variety of workshop and field work for experienced candidates.Internal growth and development opportunities.Technical training and development.ASAP start.If you meet the above criteria and you would like to apply, please apply via the link or call Dean on 0438 863 ***.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
