We have an opportunity for somebody to join Youi as a Motor Performance Team Manager to lead our team in achieving top results in claims cost, quality, and customer service.
You will lead a team of Motor Performance Consultants and manage Smash Repair Service Providers, ensuring efficient claims processing, adherence to service level agreements, and a high standard of customer care.
In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
