About the Role: We're on the lookout for a dedicated Motor Mechanic with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to high-quality repairs.
In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of vehicle systems to ensure that every car leaves our workshop in peak condition.

Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Inspections: Perform routine inspections on vehicles, identifying faults in engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and implement appropriate repairs and maintenance.Maintenance Services: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.Brake and Suspension Repair: Inspect, adjust, and repair brake systems, suspension, and steering components to enhance safety and handling.Testing & Quality Control: Test vehicles before and after repairs to confirm issues have been resolved, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.Customer Service: Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic, preferably in a similar automotive workshop environment.Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
