Roles and Responsibilities:
Fault Detection and Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose faults in engines and vehicle components using manual and computer-assisted tools.
Engine and Component Repair: Dismantle, remove, and repair engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other critical components, following service manuals when required.
Parts Replacement: Repair and replace worn-out or defective parts, ensuring the reassembled components function correctly.
Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, lubrications, and engine tune-ups, to optimize vehicle performance and compliance with emission regulations.
Reassembly of Components: Reassemble engines and parts following repairs, ensuring all parts meet proper performance standards.
Testing and Adjustment: Test mechanical parts after repair and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate III or IV in Automotive Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a motor mechanic.
Proven knowledge in engine diagnostics, vehicle repair, and maintenance.
Ability to use computer-assisted diagnostic equipment.
Salary/Compensation: The salary package offers an attractive compensation ranging from AUD 70,000 to 75,000 per annum excluding superannuation.

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour
