Position overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of vehicle types with a focus on providing superior workmanship.

Key responsibilities: Perform regular vehicle maintenance and servicing on a wide range of vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, and engine diagnostics.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard.
Replace or repair defective parts, such as engine components, brakes, steering systems, and suspension parts.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all aspects of mechanical work.
Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with the service team regarding repairs, costs, and timelines.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and answering customer inquiries when required.
Stay up to date with advancements in automotive technology and emerging diagnostic techniques.
Skills required: Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
Have your own tools.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Have ability to detecting or diagnosing faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
Physically fit to remove and refit major components using equipment.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, including both petrol and diesel engines.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy workshop environment.
Valid driver's license.
Be able to meet deadlines and KPIs European vehicle programming and testing with original diagnostic software or tools, preferred but not essential.
Basic knowledge about vehicle roadworthy.
Ability to remove & fitting tyres.
Able to perform wheel alignment with latest Hoffman wheel aligner (operating training can be provided if you have been using other aligners).
Fluent speaking or writing in English/Chinese.
