Norton Motor Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our friendly and professional team in Horsham VIC 3400. The successful candidate will be offered career progression and training opportunities. Candidates should have the following attributes:
Excellent diagnostic skills Experience working on different makes and models of vehicles Extensive experience in repairs and maintenance in line with the manufacturer and Dealership requirements The ability to work to schedules and meet deadlines Strong diagnostic capabilities Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubrication, parts etc) Excellent problem-solving skills, diagnosing, servicing & repairing with preference to Ford and Volkswagen Reliable and punctual Good customer service and communication skills Able to work independently and within a team Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship Skills & Abilities:
Must have a minimum of four years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic or equivalent Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or relevant Ability to work in a team environment Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience.
