Motor Mechanic

Motor Mechanic KSK Group Pty Ltd T / A Ozzy Tyres is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic for their Blacktown based workshop.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose faults in motor vehiclesDiscuss problems with drivers to discover faultsDismantle or remove engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms or other components, and check partsRepair or replace worn or defective parts, and reassemble mechanical componentsTest and adjust repaired sub-assemblies, and re-install themTune engines to achieve smoother running and ensure compliance with pollution regulationsRe-line and adjust brakesChange oil and filters, and lubricate vehicles or fuelled motor appliancesInspect and service emission control systems and petrol fuel systemsRepair steering systems, suspension systems and hydraulic braking systemsCarry out service operations and diagnostic proceduresAn ideal candidate must have: Problem-solving capabilitiesPerseveranceA good work ethicAttention to detailGood interpersonal skillsDesire to learnExperience Required: At least one year's experience in a similar field.
