These are full time, permanent positions.Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing, servicing and reporting on cars in our Light Vehicle workshop in line with Job Cards.You will also be responsible for:Analysing and diagnosing mechanical problemsThe planning of jobs and ordering the required partsCompletion of all paperwork regarding work performedMentoring apprentices and assisting with their developmentMaintaining a commitment to safety in the workplaceUsed Truck rebuild/refurbishmentsThe successful candidate will possessTrade qualification in motor mechanics (dual trade advantageous)Extensive industry experienceFabricating and Truck rebuild/refurb experienceProven ability in technical diagnosis and repair of machineryAbility to diagnose mechanical faults and problemsAbility to repair or replace mechanical partsAbility to identify specific parts or componentsDriver's licence (plus HV Licence advantageous)Hydraulic experience (desirable)AC Ticket (desirable)What we can offer youWe offer career growth and opportunities within the business and are prepared to pay the best rates for the right experience and attitude.
