Provide concise and professional litigation reports Adhere to the Court expert witness code of conduct Maintain client relationships by maintaining communication throughout the repair lifecycle Use support networks to ensure accuracy of information and maintenance of high service standards Provide feedback to peers, clients and industry Client complaint resolution and rectifications Monitor to ensure quality repairs and average repair costs within guidelines Undertake motor vehicle assessments and desktop assessments as required

Motor Assessor; or a highly experienced automotive professional with litigation experience

Your Expertise

Minimum 5 years of experience in trade/insurance assessing industry Motor vehicle assessing or estimating Current Motor Vehicle License Traffic History, and National Australian Police Check will be required for successful applicant Thorough knowledge of the insurance legislation as it applies to Motor Loss Assessing Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, time and self-management skills Computer and keyboard skills, proven ability to learn new software packages Willingness to undertake RPL to achieve Cert IV Vehicle Loss Assessing Calm and unflappable demeanour in a catastrophe situation
