Key Responsibilities Provide concise and professional litigation reportsAdhere to the Court expert witness code of conductMaintain client relationships by maintaining communication throughout the repair lifecycleUse support networks to ensure accuracy of information and maintenance of high service standardsProvide feedback to peers, clients and industryClient complaint resolution and rectificationsMonitor to ensure quality repairs and average repair costs within guidelinesUndertake motor vehicle assessments and desktop assessments as requiredIf you are an experienced trade qualified Motor Assessor; or a highly experienced automotive professional with litigation experience – submit your application now.
