Motor Insurance Sales Advisor (Full-Time)

Commercial Motor Insurance Sales Advisor
Office locations: Southport (PR8 5AB) or Wrexham (LL12 0PB)
MUST HAVE OFFICE EXPERIENCE (be working in currently or worked in recently)
Do you have the ability to close a sale? Are you pro-active and focused to hit monthly targets?
If so, then a sales position within JB Brokers is for you;
You MUST HAVE sales experience - taxi, courier or fleet insurance knowledge is a bonus!
The role is a full-time permanent position, office based working Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to a thriving sales environment
Develop and maintain relationships with insurers
Adhere to FCA guidelines
Work as part of a team

Skills and Experience Required:

A proven track record in sales
Exemplary customer care
Attention to detail
Be very pro-active
You must be IT literate
Use initiative and be able to pick up new skills and tasks quickly

Continuous product and insurer knowledge training will be given after initial induction completed. A six-month probation period will apply with the role and personal checks will be carried out to comply with GDPR guidelines.
£27k+ On-Target-Earnings (minimum you will earn if you hit set sales targets)
Interviews will be carried out over the next few weeks, with a start date projected for September/October 2024.
