Taking incoming calls from our new and existing customersProviding information and product knowledge to identify the right level of insurance protection to meet the customers requirement.Strive to make the complex simple whilst ensuring the customers' needs are metShare your passion for motoring and provide a unique service to ensure your customers can drive or ride forward with confidence, knowing they are covered by ShannonsWhat you'll bring A genuine passion for cars or motorbikes is essentialOutstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong rapport with customersProven problem-solving skills with a talent for simplifying complex issues for customersA strong drive to meet and exceed targets, demonstrating consistent motivationEager to expand your knowledge and contribute ideas through innovative thinkingHigh technical proficiency with experience navigating multiple systemsShifts & Hours We are currently recruiting for full-time positions for the below shift options:
Option 1: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – start window between 8am – 10amOption 2: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – start window between 9am – 11am'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:
