We are seeking focused and results orientated individuals to join our Motor Claims team. This role is responsible for managing motor claims, whilst delivering exceptional service to our members and third parties.
Location: 50% of your time is spent in our West Perth offices & 50% Work from homeWorking hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per weekHours: Work Monday to Friday and have weekends free! You choose your preferred shift of either 7am to 3pm OR 8am – 4pm along with 1 week per month of 9am to 5pmPay: Competitive base salary + super + incentives + RAC product discounts!We currently have positions available on a Permanent basis, as well as 12month Secondments/Contracts.
What's the role? Manage a caseload of claimsNegotiate liability with other insurers and third partiesCommunicate processes clearly verbally and in writingEnsure members understand their claim entitlement and the claim processLiaise with external Service Providers and Insurance companiesConsistently provide service that exceeds member's expectationsEffectively manage own caseload within the Code of Practice guidelinesEnsure members receive excellent customer service in every interactionWhat are we looking for in you?
