Job Description - Motor Claims Operational Delivery Specialist (240001I1)
About the role At RACQ, you'll be part of a committed team focused on making a real difference. Your contributions will directly impact member satisfaction and the overall success of our Motor Claims operations.
In this pivotal position, you'll identify, scope, and manage key improvement initiatives that optimise performance and service delivery. Your expertise will help us elevate regulatory and code compliance while ensuring our members receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.Lead and coordinate improvement programs across the Motor business.Resolve issues and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.Collaborate with various teams within the Motor and Insurance division to implement effective solutions.Enhance Member NPS and reduce high volumes of complaints.About you 5 years of experience in a Claims and Assessing environment.Background in business transformation, Agile, Lean methodologies, Business Analysis, or Project Management.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Strong understanding of RACQ's regulatory environment.Innovative and strategic thinking with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.Relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across teams.Ability to analyse data and produce necessary reporting.Why join RACQ?
