As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will be: Responsible for the end-to-end claims process for a Heavy Motor/Fleet portfolio Liaising with customers, insurance assessors, repairers, and third parties to ensure a smooth and timely claims process Investigating claims to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent activity Providing clear, professional advice to customers regarding the claims process and any coverage-related queries Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining accurate documentation for each claim Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex claims and enhance customer satisfaction On offer: Annual salary reviews and bonus scheme Discounts on general insurance products Discounts with over 350 retailers Free flu vaccination each year Genuine opportunities for career growth and professional development To excel in this role, you will have: Previous experience in end-to-end Motor claims (Essential), Commercial Motor experience is desirable Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills The ability to, and being confident managing a large quantity of claims whilst maintaining attention to detail Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure A sound understanding of claims management software and Microsoft Office A high level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach If you have a passion for helping people, a strong understanding of Motor insurance claims, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
