Seeking a Claims Consultant to work for a leading global insurance company in Brisbane QLD!

The Claims Consultant will be responsible for handling claims on a quick and efficient manner.

What you will be doing?

Review, analyse, and process Commercial Motor claims per policy terms.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in order to resolve customer claims and get them back on the road as quickly as possible.
Maintain accurate records of claims, communications, and settlements, ensuring compliance with standards.
Own claim from end-to-end excluding recoveries.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers.

What we are looking for?

Previous experience working in Motor or Property is required.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ambitious attitude
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
