Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Motor Claims Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality claims management for motor claims, collaborating with external providers like repairers, assessors, and legal representatives to ensure effective solutions.

Manage and process new motor claims, liaising with customers, repairers, suppliers, and other relevant parties Handle technical claims administration, including information collection, claim evaluations, drafting correspondence, calculating settlements, and managing payments Assist in preparing, monitoring, and analysing claims data Identify and act on recovery opportunities Track outstanding claims to ensure prompt resolution, in line with internal procedures and service standards Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders Provide claims support and collaborate effectively within a team environment What We're Looking For:
Previous experience with end-to-end motor claims is desirable Knowledge of the recovery process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making abilities Capability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently Understanding of coverage and policy terms Ability to spot trends and anomalies in claims data If you're a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
