So, if you want to be part of a values led organisation, that is a leader in the insurance industry with a track record of making a real difference and continuously taking steps toward a sustainable future for our people, customers, communities, and our planet…read on!Let's create a brighter future together, let's make a differenceThe Motor Claims Advisor will manage a key client portfolio of medium and complex claims to resolution, in compliance with Zurich's procedures, standards and values.You will be responsible for the following:To provide a level of service that matches or exceeds the minimum service standards by taking a flexible and pro-active approach towards satisfying our clients without compromising the position of Zurich.To provide prompt and technically accurate management of all allocated claims.To minimise the downtime of vehicles, machinery plant or equipment.Maintain a professional, consistent approach towards all claims, whilst operating within the authority levels and procedural guidelines of the business unit.Be able to articulate how to prioritise and work to deadlines.Ability to learn and be flexible to business change.Review, resolve and proactively finalise claims within authority limit ensuring settlement at an optimum level.Important to your success - let's grow togetherIn order to be successful, you will require the following:Relevant Business Degree (preferred).Motor Claims Experience (1-2 years Preferred).Recognised Industry Qualification (preferred).Knowledge of Polisy system, and knowledge of Workflow system.Motor Vehicle claims experience.Sound knowledge and understanding of the Motor Claims strategy and operational imperatives.Understanding of legislation and legal liability.Understanding of industry standards and protocol.Be empowered.
