MG Assessing are pleased to be offering an exciting role for an experienced and motivated Motor Vehicle Assessing Team Leader, within Brisbane and greater regions area, Queensland.Are you a Motor Vehicle Assessing Team Leader or an experienced Motor Vehicle Assessor ready for your next challenge and looking for a role where your efforts are recognised and appreciated?Are you looking for:5 weeks annual leave per year to help you achieve a desirable work/life balance.A quarterly bonus opportunity, where your efforts are recognised.A motor vehicle allowance, providing you with the ability to source a vehicle suitable to both the business and your personal needs.Work from home (WFH).About the role:Lead a team of Assessors and manage performance outcomes.Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments to determine cost-effective and safe repairs using the correct repair method.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.Identify and mitigate fraud risks.Achieve fast turnaround times and manage costs.Represent MG Assessing by consistently delivering exceptional service.Desktop and onsite inspections.Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating correct scope & costs for vehicle repairs via Partner or Customer's own repairers.Manage rectifications in accordance with the Industry Code of Conduct.Work as part of a national team of assessors to support each other.Autonomously manage your workload in a supported environment backed by an experienced administration team.Minimum Requirements:Min 3 years Assessing experience.Sound level of computer literacy.Unrestricted Australian Drivers licence.Advantageous Additional Experience:Knowledge in pleasure craft/marine and caravans.Experience with commercial vehicles.Experience with motorcycles.About us:MG Assessing are an independent assessing firm with staff in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and multiple regional locations throughout the country.
