This is where you come in... As an experienced Motor Vehicle Assessor with a trade background in panel beating or spray painting, you will also be technically minded, able to review assessments, understand the problem, work through different options, and make decisions to ensure the best outcome for the customer while balancing the needs of the business. To achieve this, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with repairers, parts suppliers, and other industry bodies as well as internal stakeholders within the business.
About the role: Assess motor vehicle claims and digital assessments, inspect damage, and review quotes to determine fair and reasonable repair costs.Achieve fast turnaround times, control costs & detect and reduce fraud.Negotiate fair and reasonable cost outcomes for both the customer and client.Monitor and communicate outcomes to vehicle owners as per legislation and regulatory bodies.Build strong relationships with repairers, suppliers, and industry bodies.Full time working from home - competitive salary plus a laptop and phone provided.About you: You will have experience as a Motor Assessor - 2-5 years.You will be Trade Qualified in panel beating/spray-painting for the automotive industry.Strong decision-making skills.Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Be resilient and able to self-manage stress levels.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Be computer literate and technology-minded.This is a genuine career opportunity on offer so do not hesitate.
