Motivated Architectural Bdm - Commercial Furniture

A global furniture manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to play a pivotal part in winning projects and propelling sales.
In this role, you will use your existing network within the Architecture & Design community to expand the client base across Sydney and New South Wales.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities with architectural and design firms.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the A&D sector as well as end-user and corporate clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our extensive range of commercial furniture solutions.
Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to generate leads and maximize conversion rates.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activities.
Your skills and experience Proven track record of success in a business development or account management role within commercial furniture or other architectural or interior product.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
A self-starter attitude with drive and motivation to achieve targets, both individually and as part of the wider team.
Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
Experience managing complex sales cycles in multinational companies.
Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
