The Opportunity: It doesn't happen often that we have an available position for a talented Merchandise or category Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic, creative commercially savvy individual who is a great communicator with demonstrable experience driving a large category and leading a capable team.
You will assume overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the category, whilst managing a team of direct reports.
Duties & Responsibilities: Development, implementation and managing end to end category strategy across Repco and Napa trans-Tasman Manage price, promotions, range, inventory and space in stores, online B2C, Trade B2B and reseller channels Reviewing market trends and data to identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability Completion a structured range review calendar Sourcing, negotiation, and execution of the new product Development of strong internal and external relationships Coach, mentor and develop a small team About you: You will be results focussed, with a dynamic, go-getter mentality, ensuring your category always exceeds customer expectations, and performs above target. With a strong commercial background, you'll drive a results-focussed, inclusive culture within your team.
